All items in this website are digital downloads. Although, we have posted some of our physical copies via eBay.
What type of file are the digital downloads?
They are all saved as PDF files.
How do I receive my manual/file?
Once payment has been received, you will have access to the download link immediately (via email).
The download link will be available immediately from your Account Portal.
Where can I download my file?
To find the download link, go to Account > Downloads from the menu — see video tutorial below.
You will also receive an email with the download link (check your spam/junk folder) — see screenshot above of an email example.

Can I have access to the manual/file at any time?
You will only have 180 days of access to the file link.
What payment methods are available?
We accept secure Paypal payments. You may also pay via Credit or Debit card through Paypal without an account. Watch THIS video to find out how.
I have not been able to download my PDF file after purchasing. What can I do?
The following could be the reason:

How big are the files?
File size can vary depending on the type of manual (5MB to 200MB).
Some big manuals will be available to download in parts.

I haven’t received my manual. Can you help me?
These are the reasons why you haven’t received it:
1. You have entered an incorrect email address.
2. The email from us was sent through your spam/junk folder.
3. Your payment has not cleared yet.
